Description:
Candidates must meet the following selection criteria for this position;
•Be capable of operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing of equipment in Utilities area
•Ensure equipment operates safely, economically and within established limits by monitoring meters, gauges and computerized controls
•Be able to work primarily dayshift or provide shift relief (12 hour shifts) to cover absences and vacations

Selection Criteria:
•Possess Stationary Engineer provincial certification, have strong mechanical & electrical maintenance skills. Knowledge of computerized controls (DCS/PLC) and GMP practices an asset
•Consideration will also be given to Third Class Stationary Engineers who are actively working towards their second class certificate
•Minimum 3 years experience preferably in a cogeneration plant
•Preference given to candidates who have gas fitter/waste water treatment background and/or millwright certification
•Be computer literate in all Windows environment working with Microsoft Office
